US citizens want government action on climate change

While governments are investing trillions into the global economic recovery, including the energy systems that will continue to power our lives and our economies into the future, we can choose a more sustainable way of doing things. A recent poll shows that a clear majority (seven out of 10) of American voters want decisive action on climate change, with three-quarters wanting the US to generate all of its electricity from renewable sources such as solar and wind within 15 years. Citizens around the world are increasingly aware that it is the time for governments globally to invest in our long-term economic wellbeing and radically reset our energy system.
