How can governments cut their annual emissions? Using clean solutions such as hydrogen!

Producing clean hydrogen from water using renewable energy is currently more expensive than extracting it from fossil fuels. What can governments do about it? Governments can provide subsidies to drive down the costs.
The French government recently said that it plans to use clean energy in industrial processes and transport, which will cut the country’s carbon dioxide output in 2030 by the equivalent of the annual emissions of Paris. France will launch tenders in 2021 to create clean hydrogen, a great example of initiative towards a cleaner future.
France’s clean hydrogen plan will cut carbon emissions by more than 6 millions tonnes by the end of the decade. Can you imagine how much would that be if all governments worldwide enter the race to scale up green hydrogen? [Read more about France here]
